X.3533. RE "GOSHAWK I" and II DYNAMO AND BRUSH HOLDERS.

Referring to the above, would you kindly
note that Mr. Royce would like these to be somewhat altered
in design so that they are make entirely of sheet metal.

The base of the brush holder instead of being a casting will
be made as a sheet metal pressing with a lug bent up at
one end for carrying the pigtail connections. The brush
socket will be a sheet metal piece having two ears bent round
for riveting to the base, and it should have a lug pressed
out, pierced by a small hole for carrying the toggle. The
toggle will engage with this lug by means of a little
fork and pin.
