To DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}: from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} (Y45) Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/LG11.7.27. HIGH SPEED WOBBLES. K4214 In our Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rml/LG14.6.27. page 3, we stated that the Hispano frame is weaker in torsion than the 40/50. This is incorrect. It is obvious from the curve of frame deflection that the Hispano is stiffer than the 40/50 HP. We attribute the stiffness to the engine mounting.
