Clarence House. St.{Capt. P. R. Strong} James's. S.W 19th October, 1920. Dear Mr. Rapson, You asked me to let you know how the set of Rapson Unpuncturable tyres, which you had put on H.R.H. the Duke of Connaught's car, had done. I now write to say that these tyres have been running regularly on His Royal Highness' big Daimler car since last June. They show no signs of wear and have given no trouble of any description. I am having these tyres fitted on to the remainder of His Royal Highness' cars. Yours faithfully, Malcolm Murray Lt. Colonel. Comptroller to H.R.H. the Duke of Connaught. F.{Mr Friese} Lionel Rapson, Esq., Ottershaw Park, Surrey. [STAMP: RECEIVED 9 APR 1921 S.D.] [HANDWRITTEN NOTE: W.G.] [BOTTOM LEFT: FAC SIMILE] | ||
