Bentley Rubber Mounted Petrol Pump.

We send you herewith:-

LeC.4907 showing the above.

This cancels our previous scheme LeC.4865 as we were not aware that the noise insulation on the dashboard was about to be standardised.

On LeC.4907 we have arranged the mounting so that the petrol pump can be removed without disturbing the noise insulation on the back of the board.

The rubber mounting is helddown by setscrews which pass into hank rivets.

Metal ferrles are fitted in the screw holes so that the rubber is tightened down to a pre-determined amount.

The flexible petrol pipe from the pump to the carburetter we think will be alright if left the same length.
