The only trouble one can see we should be likely to get into if we increased the pressure in the crank-chamber would be that we should get more oil leaks. We have tried the crankcase pressure with the lubricating oil diluted with petrol, paraffin and water, within reasonable limits, we find no appreciable rise in pressure.
