COMPLAINTS.

BENTLEY & 25/30 H.P.

There is a general complaint that the enamelling and finish of the engines is not as good as on previous models. Where some Owners have previously taken a pride in having their engines kept polished up, they now state that it is impossible to do so owing to the poor finish.

There are also cases where the enamel is peeling off the cylinder head leaving the bare metal. This is apparently being caused by a residue coming out of the leather jointing in the rocker cover which attacks the enamel. There were two bad cases of this in the Paris Depot.
