Noise Insulation.

Replying to LE.1/C/19.6.35, we do not recommend that we should do away with the aluminium seat board on the noise insulation scheme.

We ourselves have no experience of booming caused by this plate, and shall be glad to have a chance of experiencing these booms.

At the same time we should like to talk over with you and Park Wards the noise insulation scheme, with a view to reducing the weight thereof:
