Front Brakes.
Off side jaw on equalizer bracket too tight owing to being out of alignment.
This prevented brake rod returning correctly.
Slack in front brake rope was allowing brake liners to return too much. The non positive action of the ball connection of rod on the anchor plate allows the levers to return too much and causes lost movement. The slack has been taken up.
