- 2 - Messrs. Rolls-Royce. 17th. Sept. 1934. in a motor-car. We find, in practice, on a vehicle with a total weight of about 24 cwts. that the total effective weight of each bob weight should be about 8-lbs. I was interested to notice that the Packard Company have reverted to this stabilising arrangement again this year, after not having used it for a year or so.
