Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. Arrowsmith.

We wish to confirm that we have asked you to put in hand a Bentley Speedometer and a Standard Bentley Tachometer, to suit a chassis having the following special gearing and tyres.

SPEEDOMETER.

Wheels - actual rolling circumference 95 ins.
Axle ratio - 2.92.
Speeds, drive ratio on gearbox, same as 25 H.P. Rolls-Royce.
To read to 110 M.P.H.

TACHOMETER.

Drive is 1 1/2 times engine speed. Maximum reading 4,000 R.P.M.

We will tell you in a day or so what the drive ends are like and what will be the cable lengths.

Unless we let you know to the contrary we shall need no dial contraction.

The instruments when completed should be sent to:
