Dear Mr. Morris, Thank you for your letter of March 11th. As far as I know at present I shall be free on Tuesday, March 19th. to have a talk to you about your experimental pump units. I am afriad that at present we know very little about the science of petrol injection. It may be that when we get the right type of nozzle we shall be able to work with much lower pressure than heretofore. This might enable the construction of the pump to be simplified with consequent reduction in cost. However, our development work is going on apace and these unknowns should be at least partially solved before the end of this year. Yours sincerely, | ||
