Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 11th February, enclosing Master Cylinder scheme and Handbrake Operation.

We note that you have changed the mounting of the Master Cylinder to the opposite hand and have lengthened the Push Rod, these modifications are quite satisfactory to us.

Also, we note that you have not shown a Pull-Off Spring for the Brake Pedal, as mentioned previously, we are afraid this must be provided as it is not possible to introduce a strong enough Spring in the Master Cylinder to return the pedal.

You will be interested to hear that we have now fitted up a car with the 9" Brakes, as proposed for the 'Myth', and the undersigned will take an opportunity of bringing this Car over to Derby so that you may test it.

The schemes above referred to are still the subject of consideration here, and if any further points arise, the writer would like to discuss them when he next sees you.

We are looking forward to receiving your Detail Drawing of the Master Cylinder and also, if possible, the Detail

P.T.O.
