Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} 6/H17.12.28, we are now urging from the Expl. Shop the completion of our experimental 1 1/4 value ballast resistance. Before proposing this for standard it is desirable to make a test of the heating of the present standard coarser primary coil in series with this ballast continuously on voltage overnight.
