Attached herewith is a copy of an instruction I have today handed to each of the chief draughtsmen in the motor car section regarding a proposal made by Mr Royce re the weighing of motor car parts. Mr Johnson wishes us to put this in hand immediately.

I should be glad, therefore, if you would kindly arrange for the weighing of the various parts as they are passed for stock rejection.
