To ERH from Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} [redacted] Copy to BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} Copy to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Copy to [redacted] ------------------------- *777? WorlO/T.19.1.31. I suppose the time is coming when we shall be able to despatch the first two left hand chassis to America; I believe they are due for despatch sometime at the end of January. You will remember I suggested to you that you got a complete specification of what these chassis constitute, approved by BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} and Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}, so that there will be no mistakes or omissions from the specification. This is important as it is very desirous that these chassis land in America with all the parts on that have been agreed to between America and ourselves. I trust by this time you have got such a specification. I shall be glad if you will advise me when this Job is completed, also will the Test Dept. advise me when the first two chassis will be ready for despatch to Springfield.
