Dear Sirs, We beg to remind you that we are not yet receiving clutches with castellated eyebolt nuts, and should like to know what the latest position is. As you are aware, it is now 12 weeks since we decided to incorporate this feature, and although we appreciate your difficulty in obtaining the necessary tools, this seems an unreasonable delay in view of the simple nature of the operation.
