TYRES FOR BROOKLANDS TESTS

At various times Messrs. Dunlop have supplied us with 21 x 6.75" racing tyres for use on our 40/50 cars on Brooklands. We are at present doing a certain amount of track work and we want to obtain a set of racing tyres for this purpose.

Our existing standard tyre is 20 x 7" and it would be more convenient if we could get hold of racing tyres in this size. However, we cannot wait very long and therefore if Messrs. Dunlop have not a mould in this size we should like them to reproduce the tyres they have previously let us have. These tyres were mentioned to you in memo Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/MJ26.6.30 when you originally ordered them for us. The tests are taking place next week and therefore we could ask you to urge these tyres.
