X4414 Your letter of the 21st.inst to hand. We are arranging to modify our battery box to accommodate a battery of the dimensions and assembly which you give in your sketch, but as we note that you say the wood for the crate would be thinner than you would like to see, we can increase both dimensions by .750" if necessary. No doubt you will tell us of how much of this increase you would wish to avail yourselves. We are at the same time asking our Order Office to place with you an order for two of these batteries. We should be obliged if you could let us have a print showing the external details of the battery, modified in accordance with the above, particularly the terminals. Yours faithfully, | ||
