We want you to recondition 2 Ph. II engines which we use for driving Bumper rigs. We will send you one engine at a time.
In reconditioning these engines, all we are concerned with is that the engines are in good condition for running at slow speeds for hours on end. We do not mind the slightest bit if these engines are very far from being up-to-date, so long as they do their work.
