Dear Rothes,

I have heard from Mr. Thompson that he would like to try the seat of his car on February 16th, 10 a.m. at the Langham Hotel.

I note that this is a Saturday, which will probably inconvenience you a little. However, I anticipate that you could finish with him by 12 o'clock. If, on the other hand, this is really inconvenient for you, I will write to him again and try to get him to come up on Thursday or Friday.

Yours sincerely,
