Attached hereto is a list of work which we wish carried out on the above car by the coachbuilders before it goes to France.

When going over the car with Mr Royce before it left for Derby we noted the following features which we think you will wish to deal with whilst you have the car:-

(1) The screen wiper is very noisy and the noise is irritating. Possibly you would wish to fit a Smith Wiper.

(2) As a result of the short chassis the position of the battery box makes the lubrication of the forward end of the off-side rear spring very difficult. For this car you will probably like to fit such angles to the lubricators so that all may be accessible from beneath the car. In future we hope to have the battery in the frame.

(3) Mr Royce would like you to fit the revised bonnet fasteners shewn on N.Sch.2312 recently sent to you. The raising of the rivetted piece on the bonnet will destroy the paint and we suggest that a piece of nickel silver sheet be rivetted on in the old position to hide the scar.

(4) The terminal box cover for the positive battery wire on the side of the frame has become broken and half is missing.

(5) The speedometer is not functionong properly. The drive is apparently winding up.

Would you kindly let EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} know when you send the car to Barkers as he wishes to visit them to instruct their work more fully.
