The Cheapest and Most Comfortable Night Route, by New Turbine Mail Steamers specially constructed for the night passage. Accommodation for First Class Passengers in cabins of one (Cabins de Luxe), two and four berths each. The new Turbine Steamers "HANTONIA" and "NORMANNIA" are now running on this service. OUTWARD. Via Havre is the most direct route for Etretat, Honfleur, Caudebec, Rouen, Trouville-Deauville, Dives-Cabourg, Beuzeval-Houlgate, Caen, and the Bathing Places on the Calvados Littoral. MOTOR CARS are conveyed to and from France in the same steamer as that by which the passenger travels. Shipment or landing can be effected at Southampton at any state of the tide. Notice of intended shipment should be given at least 12 hours in advance, stating the approximate time of arrival alongside steamer, and giving the following particulars of the car, viz.:—Weight; extreme length; extreme width, and if fitted with a fixed canopy or cab. BAGGAGE.—Passengers are allowed the following quantities of strictly personal luggage, viz., 1st cl., 150-lbs.; 2nd cl., 120-lbs.; 3rd cl., 100-lbs., except to Paris, where only 66-lbs. are allowed. Baggage for Paris should be Registered. SLEEPING BERTHS AND PRIVATE CABINS are not guaranteed, but will be reserved as far as possible on application to Mr. T. M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} WILLIAMS, Docks and Marine Manager, Southampton. An extra charge for berths in promenade deck cabins, 2/6 each. The Steamers 'Hantonia' and 'Normannia' have single bedstead state-rooms, which can be engaged on payment of 30/- additional to the 1st Class fare. A two-berth cabin can be reserved for the exclusive use of one (1st class) passenger on payment of 10/- extra (promenade deck on Havre, St.{Capt. P. R. Strong} Malo or Cherbourg steamer 5/- extra.) Telegraphic Address: "FOREMOST, SOUTHAMPTON." EMBARKATION AT SOUTHAMPTON—Passengers must go on board the Steamers at Southampton as follows:— For Channel Islands .. .. To prevent delay, all goods should be addressed by post to Mr. T. M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} WILLIAMS, Docks and Marine Manager, Southampton, and particulars of the nature of the goods and their value for Customs entry outwards should be furnished. Bonded and exciseable goods cannot be shipped without such advice. GUIDE TO NORMANDY AND BRITTANY.—A Guide to the Bathing Stations and Places of Interest in Normandy and Brittany will be sent gratis upon application. The Company's Continental Handbook and Steam Packet Guide, giving full particulars of Steamers' Sailings, Train Services through Normandy and Brittany, and Excursion Arrangements, will be sent free on application.
