He will be able to obtain it from the Prefect of Police at any of the large towns, but we believe he will have to give a demonstration of his driving to the Prefect. The only alternative to this is to take out the International Driving Pass in London These International Driving Licenses are only issued in respect of particular cars, so that as we understand the car that Kyte is to drive is in France under a Triptique and that the man who is at present driving it has an International Driving Pass, then all that is necessary is for Kyte to get his name and particulars put on this Pass. When he gets to Le CanadelHenry Royce's French residence he should have this done by the nearest representative of the Automobile Club. We return the photographs herewith. C.
