| -2- HPS{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}/WB.{Mr Brazier/Mr Bell}1/CB.20.9.37. The O.S. oil level was almost down to the lowest working level, and the load had decreased to 40 lbs. Except for the gland (previously mentioned) the only other defect of importance was slight "flaking" of the wearing pads, the condition of the valves, piston, and cylinder being good.
