The reply must not of course be posted to Pt. because, as you know, he is leaving for England quite shortly now, but it can be kept for him. Alternatively you may prefer to discuss the matter with him on his arrival in this country. With regard to the last paragraph of Pt's memo, we presume he must have mislaid the 'New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I' Instruction Book sent to him on the 28th September 1925, regarding the despatch of which we wrote him in our Sg{Arthur F.
