With reference to the attached memos. in connection with balance of wheels. This matter was not discussed at W.W. There was no reason for discussing it. We are sure any car which is run with wheels out of balance is likely to suffer from high speed steering wobbles. There is no difference between the Silver Ghost and Phantom in this respect, except with the Phantom, one reaches the critical speed more frequently.
