Glad to hear that you got the Vulture running. I was afraid it would be a rough job. I don't see how we can ever run our 4 1/2 bore cyl. above 5 1/2-1 C/R.{Sir Henry Royce}

We shall have to jump about with the 12 cyl. I think that with the fall of the dollar we may hear more of the American car during the next twelve months: some of them are so good they make you wish you could put the R.R. radiator on them.

MHC. has been at Indianapolis all this week, but I expect he will rejoin me shortly.

My present programme is still to tear myself away from Detroit about the 17th, go to Cleveland, Dayton, Delco Electric, Bendix Electric etc., also Langley Field, then to New York to ship the car before returning here to take a final look round.

This trip has been more worth while than the last.

I find that the latest V.8 Ford, which has been entirely spoilt for smoothness but pepped up considerably, is about a match for the Bentley on anything except 5 mile straights.
