| -5- The front and rear springs have been dismantled and all leaves examined. The front spring leaves were well lubricated and showed very little digging-in at the tips. The rear springs were found to be rusty on all but the two bottom leaves for a length of 6" from the end tips. The cadmium plating had been rubbed off and plates scored, all leaves were sound.
