1029 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}7/MH.{M. Huckerby} 19th. October 1937. Messrs. New Hudson Ltd., Icknield Street, Birmingham. For the attention of Mr. Pratt. Dear Sirs, With reference to your telephone call of this morning, in which you queried the correctness of our connecting link between wedge and brake rods, we would say that there is another small intermediate link, FB.3163, each end of which fits into a jaw and somewhat resembles a Hook's coupling. We enclose a print. It is therefore still necessary to have a leather dust cover. Yours faithfully, for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
