Bentley Front Aluminium Brake Drums.
With reference to the aluminium drums instructed in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}8/KH.26.6.36. and Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}19/KH.3.7.36.
Will you please fit locking plates detailed in Rn.{Mr Robinson}176 in place of the locking plates EX. 21593. These new plates make it unnecessary to use the screw dowels EX. 21591. The slots in the drum EX. 21590 have to be cut as in Rn.{Mr Robinson}177.
The reason for this modification is to keep the rubbing surface of the drum uninterrupted.
HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}
