NaS/NJ21715. 21st July, 1915.

Confirming our conversation with Mr. Hives this morning, we should take from the Repair Dept. Stores 2 square tube honeycomb radiators and 1 round tube honeycomb radiator, made by John Marston.

These radiators should be tested in the usual way and if they are satisfactory, should be polished up and used on the modified chassis.

We also wish Mr. Hives to carry out at the earliest moment a bumping test on one of the Ferman radiators, which we have in our Stores. If this radiator is satisfactory on the bumping test, there is no reason why we should not fit this type to the modified chassis. We can obtain immediate delivery of radiators of this type and their use on the modified chassis would be allowable because there would be no likelihood of their becoming obstructed by mud.

[Handwritten notes at the bottom]:
Hives.
