F.89511 - STEERING ROLLER Kindly note in accordance with Ry's instructions the above piece is to be machined, carburised, and heat-treated at R.R., and then sent to Hoffmanns for grinding. The operations should be arranged to cover this. The rollers which have been produced by Messrs. Hoffmann should only be accepted on the understanding that should the heat treatment be defective they will grant R.R. credit. We do not wish them to manufacture the replacements. Will RHC{R. H.
