The failures of the 20 HP. chassis on the bump rig reported in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/LG7.7.25. were about the average we anticipate under the conditions under which the test was made. We have carried out similar tests with the present standard front springs and the average failures apart from the springs were approximately the same - these are given in our report Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}4/LG24.3.25.
