(D.D/R.D.E.) concerning the appointment of a new Resident Technical Officer:- "I am directed to inform you that owing to organisation changes Mr. F.L. Worn, the Resident Technical Officer (Engines) is being transferred to another Station from 28th July, and that Mr. H.P. Baker will take over Resident Technical Officer (engines) duties from that date. It is requested that you will afford to Mr. Baker the same assistance and facilities for carrying out the Resident Technical Officer duties that have been given in the past to Mr. Worn."
