As many as thirteen diagrams have been taken under boosted conditions before it has been necessary to strip the valve to clean the contacts, which demonstrate that it is quite a reliable piece of apparatus. The valve is now ready for the main engine tests. Diagrams will be taken under full boost - 17 lbs/sq.in. - and speed - 3200 r.p.m. - conditions.
