3rd September, 1936.

Messrs. R.T. Shelley Ltd.,
Aston Brook Street,
Birmingham 6.

For the attention of Mr. Lindall.

Dear Sirs,

Although we heard from you some time ago that you were sending us a set of the latest type production jacks, we have not yet received these. It is possible that they were not marked for the attention of the Experimental Dept. and have been used up by the Works. We shall be glad, however, to receive a set for test as soon as possible.

We have also not had back the experimental set of jacks with loose rubbers, and have therefore not been able to do any further testing on this type.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
