Dear Sirs,

Referring to your letter of the 6th inst. - the order to which it refers was, in the first instance, dealt with before Mr. Bond was able to get in touch with it, as the result of which you were sent tyres which had not undergone the tread modification specified.

Unfortunately when the tyres with the tread modification were sent to you, 6.00 - 20 covers were despatched instead of 6.00 - 19.

Tyres of the correct size are being prepared immediately and will be delivered to you by car on Monday. We should appreciate it if you would return by the same car, the covers of wrong size, if you have no use for them.

Kindly accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have been caused owing to the mistakes which occurred.
