Dear Sirs, Replying to your letter of September 23rd, and further to our telephone conversation, with reference to our official order for one roll of 36 yards of 2 1/2" Jute and Flax webbing, we have taken this matter up with our Purchasing Department, and find that an order was sent to you, early in August, for this material and included on the same order, was to supply and fit new interiors to front cushions. Our order number was 53709. The length of 36 yards mentioned in your letter, we take it as a mistake, as only 12 yards was supplied to the undersigned.
