Experimental Body with Improved Entrance.

Park Ward's estimate of 4/5 weeks to mount the body allowed for the painting and trimming to be done after receipt of the chassis which, of course, is the normal procedure with customers' cars.

But whilst possibly this is the better plan when time is not of paramount importance, we see no reason why, because of the urgency of the case, this body should not be painted and trimmed before the arrival of the chassis.

After all, practically every body supplied to you in years past has been painted and trimmed before mounting and the results have been reasonably satisfactory.

Consequently, we have told Park Ward that they have got to more or less finish the body before they will get the chassis and they now tell us that in consequence they will not want the latter until Friday, September 18th.

The car will be ready a week later.

This will enable you to continue your experimental work with the chassis with the minimum of interference.
