RE LEMOINE SPRINGS We attach hereto charts which give particulars of Lemoine Road Springs as regards sectional thickness, of Spring Leaves, Camber of Spring Leaves etc.etc., These particulars were taken from the 1st set of Spring received (2 Front & 2 Rear) which had spring clip eyes integral with Spring Leaves and one rolled and one solid eye on each Spring. The second batch which are Front Springs only have solid eyes each end and are fitted with the Wood-Head type of "D" Clip. The general finish is equal to the Woodhead Springs. All Leaves are glazed on the edges and on the tapered ends. Surfaces of Leaves are left black (with the exception of Main Plate). The Main Plates are glazed on the top side and edges and appear to have been either planed or milled on the underside. RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} | ||
