Regarding the attached report, I consider you have completely summed up the situation. Concerning the proposed meeting, Mr. Robotham considers that more useful purpose would be served, if the meeting took place at Derby. The point being that we are on the spot for reference to any desireable information. To save time therefore, I suggest you settle with H.D.A. just who is to come to Derby. Regarding dates, any day except a Wednesday is suitable. A suggestion would be Thursday or Friday of next week, and we can cast some A.O.9 while you are hre.
