RE. 'V' SERIES UNDERGUARDS. X.8290

I wired to you as below concerning the 'V' series underguards, as I was given to understand by Mr. Jenner that the first revised set of these was being erected on a chassis having the starter motor on the engine :-

"WE THINK MOST IMPERATIVE EAC. MODEL UNDERSHIELDS SHOULD BE ERECTED ON CHASSIS NOT HAVING STARTER MOTOR ON ENGINE. ELLIOTT".

I am bringing Mr. Jenner with me to Derby on Tuesday so that we can clear up finally all the outstanding points on 'V' series.

E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}
