The dynamo for J.3. will probably be a voltage controlled machine and in connection with this experiment we wish to have a dynamo No. K6.TX in our laboratory suitably modified by having the field rewound of a finer gauge wire, the control brush removed and a 48 coil up-to-date armature fitted.
