This is to confirm the verbal arrangements made concerning the front axle on the above car, which has developed very bad brake judders.

On the suggestion of LA.{L. A. Archer} the existing front axle assembly is being returned to the Experimental Department and we have promised K.{Mr Kilner} a tested front axle by Passenger Train today.
