The adoption of wheels with well base rims and production scheduling with the Dunlop Company.

AS a result of the dicussion which took place after R's note pushing the adoption of well base rims at as early a date as possible, asking us to keep down stocks, we took the matter up with the Dunlop Company, and it was arranged that the latest date at which they could put off the production of more wheels of the present type was April 24th, that would be next Saturday. I would like to know whether the experimental running in connection with well base rims is far enough forward to determine ordering well base rims for the next batch of wheels, or whether we shall allow the Dunlop Company to produce a definitely limited number of the old type, to meet our requirements, which must be met by the Dunlop Company starting manufacturing this week-end.
