Dear Sirs,

In reply to your favour of 12th inst. for which I thank you I have left my car with the improvement fitted to it in Germany when I left in 1936. I can supply a number of adresses of garages and private friends to prove my statement, e.g. Mr. Felix Tybus, Berlin-Wilmersdorf, Lauenburgerstrasse 3, the garage owner to whom I left my car. So I regret that I cannot comply with your wish to demonstrate the improvement on an actual car here, but I feel this should not delay your interest. On my car a simple butterfly-like shutter, which was operated by a Bowden cable from inside the car with a lever, had been mounted by the garage of Mr. Wiorek, Berlin, Nestor Strasse 27. Both gentlemen had an opportunity to see the efficiency of the device.

Awaiting the favour of your answer.

Yours faithfully
M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Raht
