Please receive herewith print of -
E.77078 - Flywheel Spring.

Will you please order up 20 sets of these Springs in accordance with Mr Bailey's instructions, and pass a quantity to the Exptl:Dept: for testing with cotton duck washers E.76740/1, with a view to eliminating the trouble defined as "galloping knocks".

We would mention that this matter is of an urgent nature, therefore will Mr Mills please obtain springs as soon as ever possible.

An A.T.P. order number will be supplied for this job, as soon as possible.
