For the attention of Mr. West.

Dear Sirs,

With reference to the Model X434/1. Bentley plugs which you returned to us, we have modified these by lengthening the insulation to stop flash-over. We are returning three with solid pins marked X434/2. and three with stellited pins marked X434/2S., the S. being stamped on the gland nut hexagon.

We should be very glad if you could arrange to have these tested in your Bentley car and advise us if they are satisfactory, and if any advantage is to be derived from the stellited pins.

Yours faithfully,

LODGE PLUGS LIMITED,
Bernard Hopps.
DIRECTOR.
