To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}

We appreciate that Hall's car is taking up rather a lot of time, but we are getting rather behind-hand with our ear programme. The following is a list of cars waiting for the shop :-

30-EX.
To run dynamometer test to check diff. housing failure and also to test the Cadillac type gears - (Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}3/KW.20.5.36). While 30-EX is in the shop, please remove the La{L. A. Archer} Salle steering - Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer}15/KW.18.5.36.

5-B-IV.
The specification was given in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}26/AW. 5.5.36, and we agree we are in a very good position now with regard to the completion of the parts asked for. We should like to clean up this car.

37-EX.
Could you please urge completion of this car as it is badly needed for experimental work.

6-B-IV.
We have had two big end failures on B-56-BN{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} running in France, due to dirt getting in and scoring the main bearings and reducing the oil supply to the big ends. We have promised Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} to send out 6-B-IV with an engine unit arranged to overcome this trouble. The specification for the car is given in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}3/KW.25.5.36.

GAE-20.
We want to fit a front roll rod and low rating front springs to this car as soon as ossible, with a view to sending them out to 22-G-V.{VIENNA} Les.{Ivan A. Leslie} states the necessary parts are in existence. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les.10/JH.21.5.36.
