X.4244 Extract from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/LG5.10.21. CLUTCH. X.4244 20-HP. Machining radial slots in the clutch appears to have overcome the trouble of the driving plate buckling. The clutch, however, still has the fault, causing the car to shudder when the load is picked up on the low gear or on the reverse. We are trying different friction materials as well as the schemes sent through from West witteringHenry Royce's home town. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
